1. Introduction of DRB-PG1 Mac

The multifunctional apple peeling machine DRB-PG1 is perfectly suited for processing a wide size range of apples(55– 85 mm Ø): Peeling, coring and wedging in one pass! A spring-loaded knife adjusts automatically to provide a consistent result on uneven surfaces. The peeling thickness can be adjusted. It is simple to operate. Also, the segmenting tools can be changed easily and very quickly.

The multifunctional apple peeling machine DRB-PG1 handles a wide range of apple sizes (apple diameter 55-85mm): it has the functions of peeling, poke and chopping! The blade can be automatically adjusted to achieve a consistent effect on uneven surfaces. The machine is easy to operate and the peeling thickness is adjustable. In addition, the flap cutting tool can be replaced easily and quickly.

2. Operation:

Up to 3 apples can be held at one time. There is an easy three step process:At most 3 apples are allowed to process at the same time. Simple operation, only three steps:

1.Place the apple on spindle

2.Automatic peeling and coring

3.Cutting the core out of the fruit and, if desired, cutting into pieces with a wedging knife (Bite-sized apple pieces eg for fruit salad and pie topping). Knife splits (small apple pieces can be used for fruit salad and pie fillings, etc.)
